Worst work culture, it's not atoll good company for Non Tamilian people, salary issues are there, worst HR department and people had ever seen in my entire professional career, zero professionalism from HR people, poor salary appraisal and variable pay, overall treatment given to Non Tamilian people is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional, Tamil people lobby, dominance these two major factors which demotivates to work in KAAR,

Onsite salary is good. They have lot of project in gulf. Learning opportunities can also be good. .

Dislikes

In Kaar, there is no work life balance. Since it's small scale company, there is no plan process which makes it more difficult to work. Managers and seniors are not very smart people but they will try to do some politics to save there jobs

No Smooth release, salary not on time, no weekends , no proper project management nor people management. Tough time for experienced consultants.

No salary processing on time, huge back logs in salary and even if you resign getting relieved from Kaar is a humongous task, no process, all work get done with people to people relationship, no professionalism and no chance of work life balance. Once you nod your head on agreement for any activities or task then its done, you become the complete responsibility and wait to get blamed. No proper management, most of the project and delivery managers are not eligible for the posts, just trying their luck there because of longevity with kaar. Overall its a terrible place to work for experienced people. But for freshers its their dream come true, lot of learning and lot of onsite but with delayed salary for months.

...raisal after 2 years of appraisal cycle they just gave me 1.2 lakh of increment. 3 worst seperation policy, normally most of the organisation clears FNF within 30 days but they block you 2 months salary for 3 months after your leaving. E.g. if LWD is 14 Dec & if you worked for Nov month then you will get Nov &Dec month salary after 90 days which will be in April 2025. 4 Completely employee's blood sucker organisation and so not have work life balance i.e in negative. 5 I have experienced my resources cried in front of me because of negative work life balance. That day I decided to leave this organisation because I can't exploit my resources. 6 For these people customer is only important. Employees are not important for them. So think twice before joining them. 7 Worst HR people most of them are kids don't know the policies well only plays role of a repeative parrot. Talking with these people like killing of your precious time. 8 Most important for any employee is what their salary which never comes on time. 9 Zero job security and they don't have much projects. 10 They are like leech if you join them they will suck your blood until you die.
