...**le*, F*****G I***t, Chu**ya, MC) The treatment of employees is far from great. There are no clear policies or processes, and they sometimes don't pay the vendors for their work intentionally. Attrition is the norm here. Every few months they let go of the old team and bring in new people just to take advantage of them. They will spend crores in the name of reckless experiments, but when its time to pay employees, they will find excuses to cut your salary or impose leave without pay. It has a potential to generate more revenues than their existing business. Labor department seems to turn a blind eye to all this. Most of our schools are not properly affiliated, yet they charge the fee equivalent to top notch CBSE schools. They academic and content team are not up to par, and the Principals don't seem to know what they are doing. They also own a strange company that sells uniform, books etc. to Orchids/trust. And the trusts that run the schools? Only god knows. As for working conditions, there is no parking, and the office is in a converted warehouse at the outskirts of the Bangalore. Forget about finding good food nearby. Meanwhile, the top brass enjoys all the comforts while making life miserable for the rest of us. If auditors ever decide to take closer look at our financial books, they would find all sorts of irregularities. The management indulges themselves with fancy gadgets, expensive cars, free housing, and company credit cards. It's like they don't spend a dime of their own money. This company's antics are a lot like what we have seen with Byju's. They don't just fool their employees, they also trick their customer and investors. I used to have a good opinion of Sequoia, a big investment company. But it turns out they are just as clueless as the rest of us. They either don't see the problems or waiting for an IPO, as they can sell it to the retail investors who don't know what they are getting into. And lets not forget that most of the blame for this mess goes to those two leaders at the top. If they were replaced, this company could actually do well in the education sector. But until that happens, its like a never-ending circus of chaos and nonsense. So if you are still thinking about joining this place, I understand your situation. But my advice is to steer clear. You will likely end up spending more on stress relief or losing your peace of mind. The choice is yours, but consider yourself warned. ...ing attrition to its highest limits. - Hiring and firing is common practice. - Let alone incentives, even disbursement of salary is not always a transparent process. - There are no offs. You will be definitely working on your offs.

...ck out anyway with wrong allegations anytime without given PIP or notice period. They can be offer you a good amount of salary , the reason of you joined their company without verify anything , I suggest if you are fresher then don’t join .. it will be the waste of time . If you are experienced .. then your skills may be ruined.

Only salary on time except incentives and TA

Toxic workplace. Kolkata location "Smiti Banerjee(city Head)" and her servent "Anindita(Assistant Business Development Manager)" both are playing potitics with employees career. Suddenly they terminate employees. One of the worst person "Mr. Niranjan Murugan" who support them. Overall the organization are not for workplace, it's only for politics.

No PF , No week offs and main thing manager will not accept leaves even though you're suffering with fever and etc. No work life balance and even on week offs you have to do work from home. Basically it's six days work from office and 1day There is no scope for career growth. And even after the working time, till mid night also you will be getting texts targets works to do and what not. Not only that, morning 7am, again they'll start asking for plan for the day reports attendance and various other reports to send, where as official working time is 9.30 am to 6pm only. WhatsApp is the only mode for communication here, even the official notifications as well will be delivered through WhatsApp, which is very unprofessional.(Note: specially I'm taking about Sales)
