...2 rounds after which they offered me a package of higher package than company A. Based on this offer with K12 which they had sent me on email, offer and salary breakup, I rejected offer in company A. As K12 realized that I have rejected offer with company A, I got a call and email from K12 asking me to join their company on much lesser package or else their offer is revoked. At this stage based on K12's initial offer I had rejected an offer from a very reputed company, and I did not want to work for fraudulent/unreliable company like K12 techno Services (Also on much lesser package). Companies like K12 techno services are playing with careers of hardworking candidates looking for job by fair means. The whole episode left me depressed and suicidal for days as I had no financial support. Thankfully I'm well placed now. I have all the proofs of conversations in case anyone wants to really questions this. (I'm sure K12 techno services will !) Thankful to Ambition box, for a platform to write this. Hope this will be helpful for other candidates.

There is an atmosphere of tension always in this company.everyone feels they are going to get fired all the time and so It is a highly unhealthy place to work because most of the time everyone is trying to push the next person on his side to push down the cliff.the ones who are there for longer period they are the most toxic and highly incompetent but they are a boss's driver whom the boss cannot fire .Money is important but mental health and toxicity is next level here.I witnessed bad things here .

How come a company running the school is this much shitshow. 1. I know that running a company needs some hard decisions to take, but if you as heads of the company are not able to Use or manage People, then sorry to say you might be quiet qualified but you are useless. 2. I request every College, Investors and Land Owners please do not come near this company. Blacklist it even if it offers huge money, remember they will eventually remove you in 3-4 months. 3. For Fresher worst place to start as other company do not understand why you are switching so fast. this company will remove you in 3-4 months max or make you live in hell. if someone died due to work pressure in EY , Please try this company you might end up in the same graveyard in which they build the school

Work more, get paid more. At K12 your basic salary is secure but you can earn a lot more with extra hard work. Even the base salary is more competitive than the industry standards. Pretty much every fresher wants to work here when they see the salary difference. I was under Moumita Ganguly who is the academic manager, she taught a need of your client rather do sales. And it did wonders in my career.

I joined here as a fresher. it was a great decision as the pay scale for fresher was very exciting. I volunteered for more responsibilities and was promoted soon enough. You work hard you get promoted that is the norm. I have had 2 promotions in a span of 2 years. Our B2B head Aniket Palav was very supported throughout while I was in his team.
