I joined here as a fresher. it was a great decision as the pay scale for fresher was very exciting. I volunteered for more responsibilities and was promoted soon enough. You work hard you get promoted that is the norm. I have had 2 promotions in a span of 2 years. Our B2B head Aniket Palav was very supported throughout while I was in his team.

My company has a vision and not just going after targets like any other company. I am always motivated when I know the vision is clear, the goals is ambitious and we are going to help a lot of families with our work here. Seema Chaupal is our Zonal Head, under whom the operations department has been running smoothly ever since.

Everything Politics, Bad team management, only one or two members take credit of everything. Very toxic environment

Working hours 8.5 which is good. Pay scale is good as per city. No uniform culture can wear smart casual but not revealing.

Micro management. Have to give proof for everything you do every second have to give proof. Too data to consume daily no mobile given by company for that. No medical or insurance benefit. No leave benefit only 21 leaves per year nothing else. No Period leave. No proper management or policies. Random working and changing situation. Very dynamic culture. My job duties and responsibilities are exciting. There is not a single day of monotony in there. Projects and targets are challenging and engaging. They demand constant learning and growing in my role. We get to solve problems a lot of people and every day we get to see new faces and new challenges. The leadership is very experienced.
