There is an atmosphere of tension always in this company.everyone feels they are going to get fired all the time and so It is a highly unhealthy place to work because most of the time everyone is trying to push the next person on his side to push down the cliff.the ones who are there for longer period they are the most toxic and highly incompetent but they are a boss's driver whom the boss cannot fire .Money is important but mental health and toxicity is next level here.I witnessed bad things here .

...the mindset of implementing a change but never implementing any change smoothly. They will have quarterly zonal meets where they spend money in lakhs to crores on higher management but will never give hikes or even variable pay. Highly toxic in culture. Arvind is a frustrated Key Person in the organization, he is from IIM but doest know alphabets of change management. Poor implementation processess. This company needs strong HR who should have a say while implementing processes. Also needs a complete revamp in their leadership team. They should start from scratch to make this company sustainable. Company is not transparent, at least to its employees, doesn't even share annual PLs. As per me this organisation seems to running in negative P&L. Think at least 10 times before joining the organisation. No job security.

...**le*, F*****G I***t, Chu**ya, MC) The treatment of employees is far from great. There are no clear policies or processes, and they sometimes don't pay the vendors for their work intentionally. Attrition is the norm here. Every few months they let go of the old team and bring in new people just to take advantage of them. They will spend crores in the name of reckless experiments, but when its time to pay employees, they will find excuses to cut your salary or impose leave without pay. It has a potential to generate more revenues than their existing business. Labor department seems to turn a blind eye to all this. Most of our schools are not properly affiliated, yet they charge the fee equivalent to top notch CBSE schools. They academic and content team are not up to par, and the Principals don't seem to know what they are doing. They also own a strange company that sells uniform, books etc. to Orchids/trust. And the trusts that run the schools? Only god knows. As for working conditions, there is no parking, and the office is in a converted warehouse at the outskirts of the Bangalore. Forget about finding good food nearby. Meanwhile, the top brass enjoys all the comforts while making life miserable for the rest of us. If auditors ever decide to take closer look at our financial books, they would find all sorts of irregularities. The management indulges themselves with fancy gadgets, expensive cars, free housing, and company credit cards. It's like they don't spend a dime of their own money. This company's antics are a lot like what we have seen with Byju's. They don't just fool their employees, they also trick their customer and investors. I used to have a good opinion of Sequoia, a big investment company. But it turns out they are just as clueless as the rest of us. They either don't see the problems or waiting for an IPO, as they can sell it to the retail investors who don't know what they are getting into. And lets not forget that most of the blame for this mess goes to those two leaders at the top. If they were replaced, this company could actually do well in the education sector. But until that happens, its like a never-ending circus of chaos and nonsense. So if you are still thinking about joining this place, I understand your situation. But my advice is to steer clear. You will likely end up spending more on stress relief or losing your peace of mind. The choice is yours, but consider yourself warned.
