They are very inhuman company they are unable to pay salary's to employees for past 2 months . Now it being 3months no salary . And laid off many employees without any proper reason . Even not helping to serve notice period.

Dislikes

There is no work culture only they follow nepotism and not believing on others .There is no proper HR no appraisal and no future growth. Very autocratic culture products are only good ....Rest highly not recommended place to work. Hire and fire company and they wanted to secure only close relatives rest whole future on toss. Worst place to work.

It is a growing company with focused and organised working style. The management supports the right resources / talents in the best way possible. Its one of the best company in the lighting industry.

Over production work purusher but not my side other work put in the my team all time confused working so not planning suddenly. others side reworks say not my problem so I focused all time reworks many problems. So my other work not concentrate quickly tyedi
