No job security its one man army & lack of practical knowledge especially in case of indoor products, foul policies, work on advance & once the advance Is gone to them they dam bother about client then he is to run after them for material, There is no MIS from the end of company which should be there.

Poor working culture, there money is money but ur money is not your money you can very well understand the culture.

No benefit rather during C-19 they did not pay for 6 months & forcible they slash packages by 45% no mercy how one can meet the expenses of his family during C-19 instead supporting they did not pay.rather they did not reimburse travel expenses which I spent from my pocket after a year, that they did when I regularly beg by writting mails to them.
