Compensation is very less even according to the Industry standards. No work life balance at all.

...ite and helpful they have a huge cafeteria and the menu changes as per the week. They provide a good bonus at the time of diwali and new year.

Politics issues are there some of the staff is good in terms of work but bad in terms of behaviour.

Jw culture is very good each and every member of the hotel are very Frank and a lot of girls also working together😉 very good staff very tallented .

Only this the salary I was payed is very less and food at cafeteria is not very good.

Even though HR was taking necessary steps for employee friendly environment, remuneration was not upto the mark. About career growth it depends on the manager who is leading, some are very good some are worst. I didn't left the company, I left the manager.

More working hours, not standing by the promised working hours and less salary.

... should have supported all the employees insted of that 80% people were fired . People are working for half salary right now and doing double shift . I only joined Marriott because of the motto of company regarding putting their people first and there's nothing like that in JW Marriott Chandigarh Chandigarh
