My experience is excellent for the justdial and I am nothing to dislike everything is good . Employee is totally secure in Justdial ltd.

Justdial is a very good company in terms of working in metro city. And the management waly of talking and understanding employee needs is very poor in north India circle. Where as compare to south India management of company is awesome and very professional.

... like some superior way of talking and way of demanding business. Just pathetic. Mr vinesh singh is my immediate Manager who asked me to pay recovery amount for my notice period. Where he forcefully approved my resign before the last working day. I was disciplinary serving my notice period. Even I did 1 sale also in this duration. And because of him I have to pay 22k amt of recovery. He was blackmailing me if I do not do sale according to his requirement he will approve my resign and put recovery on me. Daily he was doing like this....and just 15 days back my surgery happened of urthera stricture. That's why I decided to quite the job. Because I was looking some sitting job not field job. I just want to take seriously action against him.

They won't give you the salary as per market rate and Justdial's Market value is 0 and that's the reason very difficult to survive in sales mainly

Well , just that you'd get to learn a lot about market behaviour and get a good hands on experience in tackling any kind of hurdles related to work that you could/might face in future in Sales and Marketing domain . Considerate , Compassionate and Understanding V.P. and A.V.P. .

Everything. Poor work culture , pay scale , job security , work life balance , employe treatment , incentives , appraisals , promotions , team assignment. Terrible managers , team leaders , senior managers , regional managers , zonal heads . No proper office for anyone in DELHI/NCR region other than Noida people , that too , only for Regional Managers and people above them in Hierarchy. Attrition ratio very high . No proper team hiring . Poor HR team . No cooperation. Mental harassment at its best . Worst CSS team in the whole E-commerce sector . All they do is rub more salt on customer wounds and pain points rather than listening and resolving clients' issues . Executives get no proper incentives or travel allowance for their hardwork . Increasing target even for newly joined executives and TLs and Managers without any proper onfield training.

3rd class product and they want sale from you. Manager are not good they will never support you and even abuse you sometimes as well as clients will also you and Justdial because their package is outdated and people are also very smart They will just message on WhatsApp for meeting for which you need to visit office and timing are not fixed sometime they message you that meeting is at 8pm and they left the office No buisnessman will let you sit even abuse Justdial
