Justdial is a very good company for learner as a learner i learned lots of thing over here the work enviorment is also very good. But for the fresher they are providing...peenut amount it is very dificult to live in metro city. And one more justdial should have to start giving travelling allownce to every sales person of the company. If the salry is lessthen the expection of the candidates so that t.a will fullfill the basic need of the employees thnkew so much I am so much happy to work with justdial(india's no1 local search engine).

Everything,Not good package and in that package they want you to do overtime,managers uses abusive language if you are not getting upto the mark,politics is part of the game when you start doing field sales,work life balance is hampered everyday,company is not at all good who wants good career with freshers experience.
