...nguage is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up the sales. If we are not doing salary deduction of 10 days or 15 days work culture is very bad. You can't learn new things zero silks.

During the time hiring GM ask me if your team get performance base salary are you able to work? I told him NO they select me but after training When I ask him for hiring he told that your team will get Performance base salary but on month April 2021 in second wave me and wife get affected by COVID and also some my team member also affected due to COVID they Actually want data base of India Mart but for me any it's not possible as using any data of any company is illegal so I quit that fraud company.

It was terrible experience. They have mannerless managment. Mannerless bosess.they even dnt know how to talk with employee and nasty ruels of company regarding salary That's why leave this company.I advise to people dnt waste time in thisorganisation

Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

Dislikes

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
