While I joined Justdial as a JDA. Package was comparatively low but I learnt many sales skills from this company only like Negotiation, Cold visit, Cold Calling, Deal close and many others which is falls under B2B. And because of that experience only today I am selected for an abroad company.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

You have to pull up your socks. and always be ready for Hardcore sales.
