Pathetic behaviour towards freshers and also new joinees If you are person who has no self respect and like to be yelled for no reason this company is for you . There is no work life balance , Managers are very rude and arrogant in nature and they just keep blaming someone or other for their mistakes .I am very lucky that I have finally left this company .After I joined I have only seen people resigning and absconding only because of the poor management and arrogant behaviour .If you think you can complain about the managers and any action will be taken you are completely wrong Joining this company was a very bad decision of mine and I will regret about it for the rest of my life Never join this company even for money ,there are many more companies keep exploring and have patience rather than joining such disgusting organization.

Toxic environment, Uneducated sales managers abused and insulted from morning till evening, There is no time limit here, even on Sundays one has to work, There is no value for the employee here, there is never any appreciation, There is no professionalism, it seems like doing labour work

...nguage is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up the sales. If we are not doing salary deduction of 10 days or 15 days work culture is very bad. You can't learn new things zero silks.

The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.

Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

Dislikes

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.
