Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Likes

Good for Freshers in respect of learning. There is enough things to learn for them, but you should not stay here more than 2-3 years. If you stay more than that you are ruining your career.

There is no Growth perspective, only your salary and designation changes with respect to time but work is only individual sale. Only designation changes with effect of time, not learning and work. Basically Their hierarchy structure is such like that they have only few 2-3 positions for manager at all over Rajasthan, besides that all are Sales Executive only. So If you are fresher, it's best place for you. Gain Experience, Get Learning and switch within 2-3 years, otherwise your career is finished.

There is no any chances for salary hike and performance is not enough for the growth in Justdial. I was so depressed when I was working with this organisation. Work procedure is very hactic and lengthy and profile is not fixed for the executive. Please give instructions to the management to fix the profile of the executives.
