...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth slow.

I joined Just Dial Company in the month of September and I want to say that this is a good company for fresher as well as experience Candidate because there is a lots of opportunity for career growth

Company doesn't give our incentives along with salary. For incentives we have to wait for some week.

For a fresher its a life changing opportunity. I am in Justdial for last 1 year and it gave me alot of learning experience. Moreover you just have to achieve the target and your job is secured. First few months it is tough and accordingly it will be easier to handle. I don’t nt feel any other organisation provide that much independence like I get in Justdial.

At terms of salary they are very peculiar and also on terms of reimbursement. Their are many criteria which have to be followed to maintain your fixed salary.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.
