1. All male TL scream 😱 like a wild boar 🐗,except the Female.. They are polite compare to than them, 2. During national holidays you have to work whether its holy, diwali, 15th August, eid.. They gave its off but its very difficult to get it.. 3. 1 second late is consider late.. More than 3 late it's deduction and hr round more penalty 4. System issues will be considered your mistake.. 5. 1 hour break.. But its 45 minutes.. 30 minutes lunch.. And 15 minutes 2nd break

...ly fraud company..not providing services to their clients after buying package..and after completing my task they still deduct my salary Not satisfied at all And I'm leaving this job

I was working for just dial Ahmedabad branch as a customer support for 1 year when nobody was not there for b form verification I was handling that thing but when my manager hired one female then no matter how cross cutting come and I was to ask leave from there but really I miss customer support if just dial give me one more chance another city will do I will proff myself

Not 1 not 2 their are bunch of negative points huge pressure salary deductions and politics is more in this company then country... main thing you people need to know is no growth or very very very slow growth and your salary wont match your designation. Worst company with big brand reputation which might perish in coming days.

I like the work there actually I was not so hard any person who have no idea can also take the calls just we need to know Hindi Telugu English language to communicate with the callers.

I didn't liked the salary cycle there if the salary can create on 1 St week of month will be great.I Guess in starting month most of the people will in need of economic support / money 💰 so that's all
