I like the work there actually I was not so hard any person who have no idea can also take the calls just we need to know Hindi Telugu English language to communicate with the callers.

I didn't liked the salary cycle there if the salary can create on 1 St week of month will be great.I Guess in starting month most of the people will in need of economic support / money 💰 so that's all

Salary on time on 7th of every month.

1. All male TL scream 😱 like a wild boar 🐗,except the Female.. They are polite compare to than them, 2. During national holidays you have to work whether its holy, diwali, 15th August, eid.. They gave its off but its very difficult to get it.. 3. 1 second late is consider late.. More than 3 late it's deduction and hr round more penalty 4. System issues will be considered your mistake.. 5. 1 hour break.. But its 45 minutes.. 30 minutes lunch.. And 15 minutes 2nd break

Salary and incentives on time, other than that there is nothing.

Dislikes

Company is focused only on sales, customer service is pathetic, illeterate managers, who can't type a mail, Growth prospect are very less.

Supportive teammates Good culture. Good cafeteria. weakend Games are fum. Policies are good. Not strict More freedom to do work

Over pressure. Salary not getting in proper time and less salary than they told

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
