1. Job Security: Job security is a problem here because everything is driven by the SF leadership team and Indian managers and team does not hold much power. They don't even include the India team in the decision-making process. 2. Long Work hours: Work-life balance is quite difficult to find but it depends on the team in which you are working. 3. Leadership: Leadership is quite rigid, especially in India. They will be very critical about every small thing even if you perform well. I don't find the leadership in India supporting their teams. 4. Long Meetings: Since teams are working from different locations, a lot of time is spent in meetings and mostly at odd hours(late night) which makes it even more difficult to maintain work-life balance.

Here are Pros: 1. You get internet allowance separately because it's WFH 2. You get lunch provided if you go to office. 3. If you are called to office location your entire To and Fro will be taken care by office admin 4. Free snacks in office

Dislikes

Here are cons: 1. No job security 2. People are being laid off in the name of PIP 3. In 1st round of layoffs amazing people in management were removed resulting in the bottom people doing things by their style resulting culture transitioning from being great to horrible. 4. No new technologies. 5. Never join if want a stable career and growth

Good environment. Great Colleagues. Flexibility in terms of PTO, you can take all your PTO (28 per year) without any hesitation.

Dislikes

In the name of flexibility you might need to work extra hour. Company solely depend on a single source of income & that resulted into lays off.
