Not getting compensated for the work we do, salary very low, no promotion, if you get one they pay 3% at most, if you are about to get promoted they promote and say it's a internal job transfer, list continues

There's absolutely nothing to like about this company except the option for additional earning by sales alongside service

The salary promised is never given. If they've made any deductions, they find reasons and loopholes to justify it. There is absolutely no communication between the upper management. The quality team has a different knowledge when compared to the management. They keep firing different teams and stock the work up on the service team. Even the referral bonus is not paid stating that the agent you referred has weak performance or too many leaves.

Not supportive, dedication of salary by giving lame reasons, poor management and they r here for just money making n not for carrier especially just energy India

They'll try to woo you about dalary but apparently nothing is fixed, it'll get u depressed, same cycle and routine and work like robot

Everything is messed.. nobody gives a damn whether you got a heart attack or sick.. they'll ask you to work from hospital bed
