...d HODs are not capable enough to handle different challenges or motivate staff . They are working like government employees who come only for salary and not to contribute anything to organisations 4. The owner Mr Thakkar himself is kept in dark about things going on in jupiter and he himself doesn’t know about what protocol hospital is following or what management is doing with his hospital . He never takes feedback from ground level workers doctors or nursing staffs and top management plays with him denoting SAB KHAIRIYAT HE 5. There is no conordination network different departments and it creates lot of time wastage and money wastage for patients few HODs like ICU and radiology are sitting here like nobody can ditch them and working departments like autonomous institutions 6 duty timings are cumbersome 7 nobody teaches you anything here and you will not learn anything here as a fresher JUPITER HOSPITAL PUNE

Good job security. Awesome work satisfaction, as freedom of treatment was given. Long term care . Work environment was initially good, now its not. Management only tries to turn employees against each other. Suddenly, some new rules are imposed on the name of HR.

...No job security. The doctors are not able to learn anything. No scope for growth. Also no hike in payment, no job satisfaction or appreciation despite of working hard in all shift with no holiday irrelevant duty timing, giving all efforts,we end up with a note of not so good. The company never takes account of the turmoil which a doctor has to undergo to keep up working in the department. The company has appointed stubborn boss and his teammates around are busy juggling with no work done. There no growth for doctors as you don't learn any thing good but end up working in all shifts learning nothing good.
