Their is no value for profit they are just securing their post and eating owners wealth like Termite.In the and owner will lost wealth invested in this company and some Trader who really want to learn about trading they will realise they wested time over here in matter of salary based.

Dislikes

Lake of trading technology , company spending much on infrastructure but don't spend on trading technology.. Full of politics, you are secure if you master in buttering to manager and and politics.. traders are not safe who master in big talks and don't trade is safe.. management believe in quantity either quality.dont spoil your carrier.

Company's vision is good but only on paper. There no execution on vision by few people specially in rajkot team. Kalpesh hargopal Gupta and few others are worst decision of company I feel

The worst ever decision I take to join this company I will not recommend any one to join this firm. They do practicality.
