Toxic work culture, No incentives, Useless management rules, No Rules for middle level management, nepotism. This company is only working for the well of top level management. they want to be industry best but they don't have any incentives and are working on a very old business model which is pretty toxic for a trader. One can joinif they want to learn but you can't expect Monetary or personal growth in any manner here. Also, dirty politics plays an important role in running this firm.
