Nothing I like about company. Their is owners money wasting by some high salary hungry out station peoples. Their is no value for profit they are just securing their post and eating owners wealth like Termite.In the and owner will lost wealth invested in this company and some Trader who really want to learn about trading they will realise they wested time over here in matter of salary based.

All good but some staff and thair hiring process i Don understand how thay hire new and fresher employee with high salary. Thay should focus on thay old employee as well.

Infrastructure is good , management vision is broad ....

Lake of trading technology , company spending much on infrastructure but don't spend on trading technology.. Full of politics, you are secure if you master in buttering to manager and and politics.. traders are not safe who master in big talks and don't trade is safe.. management believe in quantity either quality.dont spoil your carrier.

Company's vision is good but only on paper. There no execution on vision by few people specially in rajkot team. Kalpesh hargopal Gupta and few others are worst decision of company I feel

They do only politics. Some people like kalpesh and many more. Sometimes it's feel like it's core politics company.worsWorst ever experience I get. The worst ever decision I take to join this company I will not recommend any one to join this firm. They do practicality. I you want to promotion you have to buttering your uper management Like Team leaders. There no value of your skills and telent.

In Rajkot branch har Gopal Gupta facility incharged This man is not good for the company .not loyal to company.hundread of employees leave this company because of hargopal Gupta and pradeep singla both person not loyal and good for company He doesn't stick to his word and goes back whenever this two employees hargopal Gupta and pradeep singla in this company. company not survive in this market
