...thi employees are threatened to learn and speak in marathi as soon as they join. 2 years bond need to be signed and security cheque of 3 month's salary has to be given HR encourages female new joiners to get close to male reporting managers. Those who deny doing this are denied appraisal and ultimately humiliated and removed from job. 6 working days, minimum 10-12 working hours daily. Sometimes Sundays and even Public holidays are also working. No Comp-off policy. Micro management. No job security Management is only interested in collecting hefty amounts of bond by firing employees unnecessarily and threatens to take legal actions if the bond amount is not paid. Most of the managers are uneducated who can't even speak in english. These people do household work of directors like carrying cylinders etc. Relieving documents are not issued after leaving.

When I went there as a fresher, I learned a lot of things related to ERP. However, I learned everything on my own.

Dislikes

...st, but my manager never treated me fairly. He didn't even give me my increment. When the situation escalated, my salary was also withheld. I was humiliated and forced to leave the company, or I would be terminated. This constant tension made me decide to resign, and so, I resigned.

...even festival holidays are working in case of emergency which is quite often. 3. Company collects illegal bond of 2 years and cheque of 3 month's salary as security for threatening employees if they want to quit. 4. Company needs only temporary employees. Whenever their task by that employee is completed, they remove the employee stating false complaints from clients. 5. Arrogance of management is of next level.

Saturday working, No WFH , no food in pantry except tea/coffee. Favouritism by managers Micro management Using old tech stack, so the people are No code quality control No proper testing before deployments

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.
