Not safe for females and non marathi employees. Senior managers openly flirt with female employees. Non marathi employees are threatened to learn and speak in marathi as soon as they join. 2 years bond need to be signed and security cheque of 3 month's salary has to be given HR encourages female new joiners to get close to male reporting managers. Those who deny doing this are denied appraisal and ultimately humiliated and removed from job. 6 working days, minimum 10-12 working hours daily. Sometimes Sundays and even Public holidays are also working. No Comp-off policy. Micro management. No job security Management is only interested in collecting hefty amounts of bond by firing employees unnecessarily and threatens to take legal actions if the bond amount is not paid. Most of the managers are uneducated who can't even speak in english. When I went there as a fresher, I learned a lot of things related to ERP. However, I learned everything on my own.

Dislikes

When it comes to dislikes, words fall short. Firstly, I believe that in any organization, you have to learn, and even if you have learned, there are situations where you need the support of your team lead or manager. In such cases, the manager should support you. This organization has the worst managers who carry their egos and wrongly torment new employees. Even when new employees are competent, they are not allowed to progress and are often plotted against. I had a very bad experience here. Despite working hard day and night, I was always misrepresented to the top committee. Whenever I received a task, I gave my best, but my manager never treated me fairly. He didn't even give me my increment. When the situation escalated, my salary was also withheld. I was humiliated and forced to leave the company, or I would be terminated.
