I admire the founder of Juniper networks Mr. Pradeep Sindhu . the products and the technology developed by them are Innovative. Juniper is always remembered for the ISP / Telecom Routers and this credit goes to the founder only and Till date there are the Number one Rugged Routers in the Globe. I was associated with the company for 2 years thru a consultant and I was trying hard to get into the Juniper Roles But its, bad luck. After that I never had a good break in my career.

... no technical resources. Job security was no there as I was thru a consultant . Salary was very Low.

Compensation is not same for every employee. They gives market standards salary to new joinee but keep old employees in low salaries. Salary is not equal for all at the same position.

Salary offer is good. learning is good.

Dislikes

...ment on employees is poor. higher management dono who is working actually good. poor performers actually getting more hike and good bonus. Job security related threats also more.

It was a good company. Provided wonderful learning. Compensation also is decent and reasonable. Juniper can encourage work from home culture. Felt work load is higher sometimes.

Workload is sometimes really high. Created pressure. Assessment on performance can be little better.

Need to improve Network Security portfolio, very less visibility in Enterprise customers.
