Only one founder is visionary, supportive and polite.

i had one good senior developer that i got to learn from

Dislikes

the people were very hostile. there was no appreciation despite having the highest volume of contributions across the entire org. i had more contributions than the rest of the backend team combined. the company doesn't have any revenue. and they find ways to not offer full time employment. at my time, they hadn't converted anyone to the backend team in over 1.5 years
