I worked selas and marketing (field work), i joined as a fresher it was new learning experience and i have learnt lot of things.

You not get expected appraisal, and do not have hob security for who has working through third party pay roll.

...d workers high torcher. And all people not like .VC . HR . manger .parshality . salary date not fixed any time over time dispatch supervisor executives. Night shift but no give an night allowance . Food is not good . Night no sefty . 1am. 2 am. go to Home no sefty but VC night daily drinking .all or selfish . Management is good but Sutlej gomthi employees is not good . Any supervisor questionsend is targeted is hard work hand . Torchered and remarks . Why .. not tall plz chenge manager and HR . HR is comission in contract people in Agarwal hotels . VC thief all ar the parshality..

Appraisal process is January to December but it never happened in time and they even won't inform the employees about delay or holding the amount untill the last moment and the silly thing is they even don't want employees to discuss about it too.

Basic promises they mention at the time of joining and the reality will be difficult

Nothing To Like - If you want To Be Here Keep Buttering Upper management Then only you can Grow of getting Promoted.

Work-life Balance is screwed, Family Might leave you due to This. There will not be a single concrete decisions in meeting still they will stretch to 1-2 am. Upper management is confused what to do and what not.
