Jtekt company is a mnc company. Good work nd good environment and culture,with all employees behavior good and can be respected onother nd other, and canteen facilities are very good ,nd shift timing is very good

...signation as a junior engineer. In This company do not rejoin of all employees. Only some employees rejoining and slow increment in salary and money deduction for bus and canteen .

Only that Japanese Management does not ask anyone to leave the organisation.

...ceived a single career development training in my 3 years at the organisation. Leave alone the compensation and benefits, should not talk about this when all employees suffer due to this.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...nder discrimination and what gender biasness is. JTEKT is heaven for girls only. Girls are promoted only on physical parameters boys have to pay either a huge amount or do buttering of their bosses to get promoted.
