Only that Japanese Management does not ask anyone to leave the organisation.

Dislikes

Many things. Immature and politics driven Top Management with no future vision. Nothing to learn from Senior Leaders. Haven't received a single career development training in my 3 years at the organisation. Leave alone the compensation and benefits, should not talk about this when all employees suffer due to this.

When I was joined then 30 days Dojo traning. Good food including breakfast in18 ruppee Good transport facilities. (Bus/Taxi)

Work with out safety No training , guidance :- which is mandatory by company policy No opportunity for future career They missuse manpower :-we have to move 800kg weight by lifter, 25 Kg weight by hand while company allows only 15 Kg No Why Why analysis

One of the worst company I've work ever in terms if pramotion. U can realise what actually gender discrimination and what gender biasness is. JTEKT is heaven for girls only. Girls are promoted only on physical parameters boys have to pay either a huge amount or do buttering of their bosses to get promoted.
