But when Company made record profits no incentives/bonus was given to compensate. None of the below mentioned benefits/facilities are available. Team outings are an unheard of concept. No free transport/gym/ food/training. Even company Shirts are charged to employees

JSW Steel include: poor work-life balance due to long working hours and 6-day work weeks, inconsistent salary structure with large gaps between different employee groups, limited career growth opportunities, poor management practices, a lack of concern for employee needs, and a potentially harsh working environment at certain locations like Vijaynagar, particularly for those not accustomed to extreme heat and remote locations; with some reports highlighting issues like favoritism and a lack of transparency in promotions.

No standard salary structure. No importance of experience in appresel. Just balancing the rating. Once you got outstanding, next you will get very good rating whatever performance you do.

The management policies are getting worst day by day. No work life balance due to shortage of manpower. A lot of resignation happened in this financial year, still management takes decisions in the non favour of employees.

Employe policies, Salary is not upto current market level. Resignation rate is high

Job security. Best place for people who don't want to work with passion If you get salary 14 LPA then no need to switch this company You will get good salary hike even if you don't work .

Dislikes

No salary hike to employees despite of good profit. Work culture is terrible. Youngsters keep working hard with less salaries and experience people just doing 2 punch and 1 lunch and get huge salary. Not good for youngster who want to work with passion.
