Dislikes

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.

If u want work u must be prepared mentally for over load work.

Dislikes

There are many dislike can't count. No salary benefits CTC vs actual very big gap. Working time never ending If boos like u then more work 😀😀😀😀 So overall it's not good for family to given time after working hours ☺️

Salary is not shown properly...bonus is included in the CTC and also the incentive..which is hardly given...and if given is given very less. Less manpower . Company credits leave...but boss s never allow to take .

1. Poor vehicle available inside plant, very difficult to travel inside a 2000 acre huge plant. 2. They will cut ur salary of ur variable pay. Will show big shortage in salary in many months. 3. No work life balance only sunday holiday.
