Standard accomodation facilities for employees not available being a remote location. Empowerment is less to employees. Senior Management Team is very poor. Management is bious in each and every aspect. Nobody cares about lateral hires all focous is to please GETs.

They have added production incentive in CTC and they have right to deduct if accident happens in the campus. and deduction collected from employees not uses to componsiate any employee whose affected in accident.

Restricted manpower, parents health insurance we need to pay extra, incentive cutting for any fatal within the plant, too much transport charges even for traveling from the township

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
