This company is so good like previous company, focus on fast safety on every place. This company has job security, we are working in team work challenging the challenges, fun, friendly, flexible and supportive. Management is transparent. Company policies are good.

... career growth is slow. Learning opportunities are available but inaccessible. Salary structure is bad. Same employees got salary access as compare to their work, designation and qualification. Where same employees got very low grade salary whereas smarter, hard and save works.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...r take care of your own life. No proper pay day. So take care of your own money. Salary used to come once in 3 months for 3-4 years. Transport facilities are hugely insufficient, so be prepared to ride your own commute to and fro company, on your own expenses. Yes because there is no transport allowance. You may get TA if you have good references though. Work ethics goes down the drain. No childcare. No cafeteria. No health insurance. No actual job training. Forget about international relocation.

This company have good work culture and world best technology for working proess but lack of management knowledge related to employees satisfaction but now days bhushan stell have excellent management team that down to earth and understand the situation and fullfill the employees requirement and better working on safety

The company has adopted latest technology. No work load you are free to do as your own. My team is very good in there work.work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Your growth is depend in your flattery ability. Compensation not so attractive. appraisal is a joke, it started in April but came in your hand in October, November even some time in December. very high level politics. No buddy appreciate your innovation but always re-labeling. There was no internal transfer policy so you can't be versatile.
