My work is trainee Engineer. I am doing daily Visual inspiration and Motor maintenance, transformers maintenance and other work with office work. I learn everything on the job.

No bathrooms. If you feel like going, you have to make it a habit to defecate in open. So much for "swacch bhaarat" abhiyaan. Increments and appraisals are myth. Even if appraisals happen to come dont expect it to be more than 1500rs. Shift duty is applicable here so work life balance depends on individuals. Safety is the last concern. So better take care of your own life. No proper pay day. So take care of your own money. Salary used to come once in 3 months for 3-4 years. Transport facilities are hugely insufficient, so be prepared to ride your own commute to and fro company, on your own expenses. Yes because there is no transport allowance. You may get TA if you have good references though. Work ethics goes down the drain. No childcare. No cafeteria. No health insurance. No actual job training.
