I didn't find anything to like. All the good reviews are fake reviews posted by them to create a false image.

They hire employees in a very tricky way, not providing an offer letter or joining letter even after months of working. They immediately terminate employees without giving them their salaries. This isn’t an isolated case—hundreds of employees have faced the same issue. This is my fourth review, as they somehow managed to delete my old ones. The office is isolated, and the majority of employees have a cheap mindset, with a few exceptions. I especially advise everyone, especially girls, to not join this company—it’s a scam. Despite having the word "compliance" in their name, they don't follow a single compliance for employees. It's a trap to get work done for free without paying salaries. The upper management is utterly unprofessional and illiterate.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for my experience at the company. Our CEO Rishikesh Mishra has been incredibly supportive and cooperative, making it easy For someone like me who was unskilled when i joined, to grow and develop my admin skills. I truly appreciate the ongoing support from the JR compliance team for their patience and guidance. The Work environment here is fantastic collaborative and positive, which makes every day enjoyable. I also love how the company celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and special occasions like Diwali and Holi. The Bonuses and increments are a wonderful touch that shows how much the company values its employees.

I have not seen a company like this who takes care of the employees in such an outstanding manner. This is the best place to work with lots of fun and parties. I bet even the best companies does not provide such environment and care.

Last year I joined this company as a Seo Executive. The environment of this company is very good. Apart from this the owner of this is very good.....His sense of humor is commendable😊
