I love the fact that I am a part of Jp. compensation and benefits company culture everything is Good, but so much of work.no value for hard work just matters how good your with higher authority. So much of gimiks while giving a position. Jp Morgan is best company because of some people unit lead and all it got polluted. Only value for boot lickers

Compensation is decen, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I worked for 14hours. Team lead do not value an individuals unique strengths, I do receive appreciation emails from my Clint but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. No value for hard work just be good with higher authority you will get good hike. No value for hard work at all.

... management are like Wolves in Sheep clothing. They follow Hire and Fire policy. So they show you a carrot(Bonus) and before the bonus is rolled out, they fire people in name of performance.

...balanced, at times one may need to stretch, but organization never encourage it. Salary at par, and great perks given too.

No wfh option available with the recent changes announced by the top management. However flexibility will be given based on personal requirements, fingers crossed.

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Flexibility at work, Latest tech, You can learn development if you are at automation work, Managers are good, but ? Job security if you work good.

Salary is less, Promotion could be delayed, Work without salary hike and Promotions.
