The pay as intern is very satisfying.

I worked in the FFAR As an Intern I was not given a laptop/pc So I had to shadow the analyst Never got any hands on experience The Gujju VP was very disappointed that he was not given a CA Intern I would receive underhanded taunts from Superiors in the team that I was not good enough, I was not educated enough and that I did not deserve to be Interning at such a prestigious company Lol ! Took me an entire semester and counseling to realize I was corporate bullied. And that I did everything to the best of my capabilities.

...h 2021 batch. It had flexible timings to work and overall did learn quite a bit. Salary was decent but a bit less compared to other finance companies like GS, MS, etc.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, your experience can depend from manager to manager and what you are looking in the company. I only interned for 2 months that too wfh so not really sure. I am going to join as a full time and work is hybrid now

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Its a good mix of work culture and ethnicity. I do like the new age set of workplace and people to work with. Happy to be here

Well from my line of business the pay isnt that great but it isnt mediocre either. I would say you will be pleased. And that is the only con as of now

Flexibility at work, Latest tech, You can learn development if you are at automation work, Managers are good, but ? Job security if you work good.

Salary is less, Promotion could be delayed, Work without salary hike and Promotions.
