Team - CCB Risk, Retail Model development team. Tenure -4 years (at the time of writing) Outstanding Work-life balance, regular training available to upskills, multiple domains to work with. Great for mobility within Risk Management in India. India's Leadership and Senior Management are always approachable and ready to listen to suggestions and provide feedback. Leadership in the US is also really helpful, knowledgeable, and appreciative of the work done in India.

Dislikes

Need to improve on medical benefits. They provide wide range of options to choose but comes at a big cost. Competitors offer much better medical policy for parents and OPD benefits. Need to work out a plan to regularly promote high performing candidates. People tend to get stuck for long years at same role.
