Great for mobility within Risk Management in India. India's Leadership and Senior Management are always approachable and ready to listen to suggestions and provide feedback. I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?
