3 months in and i already feel like leaving. Except for the salary and benefits there is nothing good. I work hard and people just because they have been here for 4 years get appreciated. Dont see any growth if you are talented

Dislikes

The culture, the team, people always talking at back. I dont see any growth here. People with 4 years exp talk pike they know everything but they dont. They keep changing policies every 2-3 days and there is so much pressure to come to office every day. No flexibility to work from home even though HR policy is 3 days wfo the team makes their own rules

Likes

... service company but you can expect to learn lot of new technologies and tools. Work culture is too good and salary and other perks are better compared to other IT companies.

Dislikes

It's not so easy to move higher order position within the firm. Lot of hierarchy and at times your suggestions won't reach till the top management.

...ides a solid promising career growth for its employees. Agile maturity is high. work life balance, and employee job security, salary, bonus, mgmt, company policies and overall its a awesome place to work there. I myself worked there for 11.7 years and loved every bit of Chase's culture and the respect they give to employees and their decisions.

Dislikes

I didn't find any such sort of dislikes. The one thing which I observed is the frequent Leadership changes and reporting managers where at times becomes a little rough to employees to cope up with new leadership protocols and immediate mgr changes for appraisal cycle, however not a big con I would say but can be streamlined for stability. rest all good. and yeah we dont have a Gym in office :) which is a small con for fitness freaks hahaha. but nay be post covid and stuff they might give such facility.

...micro management & employees are constantly poked and nagged until they give up. The mangers needs ego massaging and think that they are paying for their employees salary or if their pocket. The worst kind of people with no humanly etiquettes are found here. DO NOT JOIN J P MORGAN #WORST COMPANY

Great culture to promote internal talent. Open to mobility. Very resilient organisation. Good place to work with. Great infrastructure. You feel proud working with JP. Facilities are amazing.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.
