Salary and Bonus is good point. Job Security is better compared to other IT companies

Dislikes

No Work life Banlance. Only Work you have to do. If you get bad manager then he will get out all juice you have as they are paying you. If Expecting promotion then you need to work your normal work 12 hrs, take additional work within team, Also need to take task on Ex Directive level. Meaning you need to work 24 hrs all saturday sundays to get Promotion. I have seen others doing it and same thing was expected from me.

...balanced, at times one may need to stretch, but organization never encourage it. Salary at par, and great perks given too.

No wfh option available with the recent changes announced by the top management. However flexibility will be given based on personal requirements, fingers crossed.

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Its a good mix of work culture and ethnicity. I do like the new age set of workplace and people to work with. Happy to be here

Well from my line of business the pay isnt that great but it isnt mediocre either. I would say you will be pleased. And that is the only con as of now

Flexibility at work, Latest tech, You can learn development if you are at automation work, Managers are good, but ? Job security if you work good.

Salary is less, Promotion could be delayed, Work without salary hike and Promotions.
