At first salary then there is no appraisal if at all happening it will be only 3-5%. the weekend saturday & sundays will be considered only if you have worked for the entire week or else leaves will be deducted without any proper notice

Always try to extend notice period. You may not receive your documents (Experience Letter, FnF statement, Relieving letter) within time, You have to take continue follow ups.

Salary and Job location are the things I like about this organization. Easy onboarding is also another part. We have to work at client location Salary is coming on time every month Support staff is very good, If I have any query then I just need to do WhatsApp the person(In my case Athulya Das) who responds very quickly and provide answer. She is very polite and humble in dealing the questions I ask. HR Manager Shinoy, is also a nice person who guided me as well and helped in easy onboarding.

Dislikes

Yearly Bonus/Gifts or some HR activity should be there so that after our work we can have some quality time.
