No matter how much effort you keep on project, when they feel you are not require they will place you in bench. If they need you again they will start the play back games..

...rom last 3 years.Worst insurance policy. No proper shift allowance, if we ask H.R to explain how my salary got splitted they don't have answer. I am just eagerly waiting to get out from this organisation once i get other opportunity.

Worst company as per my experience no hike no job security. Without any reason first they will shift you to bench then they will fire you. The HR will keep on pressuring you to drop the paper worst company.

...y to work. No job security. They will give you 15 days notice and will fire you. People join HCL for job security but as per my personal experience there is no job security no hike.

...t respond to your queries L4 head people are also not responsive to the queries No salary hike for the internal band change No much hikes even if you get top rating You are not treated properly when you are on bench Not employee friendly No encouragement for onsite. HCL job security is not available as per current market situation.They are hired multiple resources last year both freshers and experienced candidate. They are not able to map to the project and now current situation eye wash interview conducted and remove the resources from bench.

No salary hikes , promotion is a big no , only those who are in the close group of the managers will get promoted/onsite/hike , etc. Worst level of Micromanagement,every work minute will be tracked and monitored thrpugh tools.

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
