Lots of things may be be it's ops , work life balance, internal growth, compensation benefits, annual bonus. Hardwork never been appreciated, if you have a good bond with your team then only you would be a star

There nothing like HR in the company everyday policies get changed without any information and management is always looking for cost cutting. Long shifts even in non close which will effect your work life balance

[In retail division ] Working with supportive teammates is great here. We enjoy party often and our work as well.You will be trained in various product once in a year that's good.Salery will be increased once in a year by 8%.

Dislikes

...d reviewed them end of FY.In spite of this no one off role employs feels biased.Further more if you put your paper if company will surely stop you either by increasing salary or shifting you on roll process.

•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
