The only thing that is goodnin comparison to average segment of companies is that JLL offers good packages

Everything except the package is worst in JLL there is no life balance in JLL, you can never be a son, a brother, a friend, a husband in your office working hours, moreover the coordination between people's are far worse there is no such concept of supporting each other

... our money we have involved with our deduction which is affecting our financial. Other companies are paying the salary at what ever time the employees are reliving the job.

Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

...to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. Bottom Line If you don't love your life Join JLL Either you will die with heartattack pr in a car accident in a foggy night.

Salary will be credited in time without fail and good supporting managers

There will be no job security as it is dependent on getting new client and contract will be for one year only. And we feel unsecured till the contract renewal happens

I dislikes that Management Not treating as a engineer, Treating as a Client supervisor. because i worked as a PMC in JLL. Name is PMC but working as a client and vendor Mediator and supervisor. i felt very bad in JLL EXPERIENCE in my 24 years experience . All are Blindly working in field. Not thinking and asking the question : "Why ,what, when,where".
