You have to be on field on 2 wheelers and the regional Manager wants to boss you and kneel down for her failure. You have to Travel in this scorching heat and yet reply to all client mails. Each guy has 60 plus sites to manage.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I love JLL

Dislikes

No support from senior management, be prepared to work for 12+ hours daily. Your reporting head can terminate you anytime ........ so no job security. At the end of six months you will get a performance review............. If you decide to leave the company, they will treat you well and give relieving letter, experience certificate, salary slip etc.
