...realise that everyone having their own quality and calliper to achieve the goal. Salary hike or promotions proper and in time. It would be better if taking feedback of the plant sectional in charge of the department.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a ground in staff club where we get to play Cricket for chilling. Company policies are good and they give good bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and favourism. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Jk company is very good for begainer,and a lot of things to be trained and have to do hard work,principle environment for doing job.

Salary is not good as per work and designation.No transept facilities I'd being given.

...ount department are trying to be worried to new employee so that they can left. 10 bad salary structure. 11 Late sitting compulsory unnecessary.

Proper KRAs won't be told, they do not understand about the potential between people with different qualifications. Even ab MBA student from good B-school can be asked to do a clerical job. This organisation does not care about its employees working in the field under challenging environment. There is no proper guidance and support from anyone. There is no work life balance, no sundays, no holidays, work can last from morning 8 to evening 8. MBA students from good B-school are requested to search for a better alternative.
