Salary is not satisfactory compared to Job role and responsibilities and work life balance is not good. People coming in general shift have to work from morning 8am to evening 7 pm.

Jk company is very good for begainer,and a lot of things to be trained and have to do hard work,principle environment for doing job.

Salary is not good as per work and designation.No transept facilities I'd being given.

Higher management is good. HRs are helpful and quick to response. Salary is on time without fail. No bonuses. All the other benefits like maternity benefits are available. Sick days are also available.

Work- balance is poor as have to be available 24*7 7 days week.

Proper KRAs won't be told, they do not understand about the potential between people with different qualifications. Even ab MBA student from good B-school can be asked to do a clerical job. This organisation does not care about its employees working in the field under challenging environment. There is no proper guidance and support from anyone. There is no work life balance, no sundays, no holidays, work can last from morning 8 to evening 8. MBA students from good B-school are requested to search for a better alternative.
