Proper KRAs won't be told, they do not understand about the potential between people with different qualifications. Even ab MBA student from good B-school can be asked to do a clerical job. This organisation does not care about its employees working in the field under challenging environment. There is no proper guidance and support from anyone. There is no work life balance, no sundays, no holidays, work can last from morning 8 to evening 8. MBA students from good B-school are requested to search for a better alternative.

Before Work-Life balance not maintained properly but now maintaining .

...realise that everyone having their own quality and calliper to achieve the goal. Salary hike or promotions proper and in time. It would be better if taking feedback of the plant sectional in charge of the department.

...ount department are trying to be worried to new employee so that they can left. 10 bad salary structure. 11 Late sitting compulsory unnecessary.

I'm so much delighted to be a part of JKO Group, The company of Shinghania,s as I've been experienced in last 5 companies, it a very conducive work culture with work life balance.

Policy based driven required , Salary and perk shall increse as per other reputeded company standard viz- TATA, ABL, Adani, JSW, etc..

There is nothing to like about this company. It is horrible and terrible to work in this type of company.

... and no encouragement to the youngsters. We don't find any professionalism here. Moreover, the pay here is very low as compared to wages given to daily labourers.
